A:The lodge will be marketed nationally and internationally with support of an up market sales pack and advertising in selected exclusive publications. Investment seminars will be held to select groupings. The development will be hosted on the Key Project’s website www.keyprojects.co.za
Q: Will pets be allowed in the Reserve?
A: No pets will be allowed in the reserve under any circumstances.
Q: Am I permitted to allow my housekeeping staff to live on my premises?
A: No. Servicing of the lodge will be co-ordinated through the farm manager’s office. The cost of this service is to be paid directly to farm manager.
Q: How far is Luthuli from Shopping facilities?
A: The nearest facilities are situated in the town of Mkuze, 10 kilometres from the gate leading onto the district road.
Q: What other reserves and places of interest are within close proximity of Luthuli?
A: The Mkuze Game reserve is approximately 15 kilometres from Luthuli to the east, and hluhluwe – Umfolozi parks a further 32km to the south. Mkuze has its own airport supporting small craft to the area. The famous, World Heritage site of St Lucia Wetland Park offers many activities including fishing. Whale watching and the famous turtle tour to name a few. Tiger fishing at its best is a short distance away at Lake Jozini. Sodwana Bay, to the east has a world-class fishing & Scuba diving infrastructure.
Q: What landscaping is planned for Luthuli?
A: Great emphasis has also been placed on conserving the natural environment ensuring minimum impact to the existing vegetation. No cultivated gardens will be allowed unless the area is totally screened.
Q: Can I choose the custom finishes for my unit?
A: Yes. An extensive range of customised internal finishes are available, and the developer will gladly assist in advertising on the available choices and prices.
Q: How many floor plans are available?
A: Three standard floor plans are available.
Q: Who is responsible for the exterior and interior maintenance?
A: If the lodges are erected under the Sectional Title Act, then the Body Corporate will be responsible for the exterior maintenance and the interior maintenance will be the responsibility of the owners. Should however the development be granted freehold right, then the exterior and interior maintenance will be the responsibility of the owner. In either instance, however owners will need to comply with the rules of the HOA in terms of the standard to which the lodges’ exteriors must conform to.
